Profile

Judith is an international specialist on the relationship between language, gender and leadership in educational, business and professional contexts. She has published a range of books and articles on this topic including The Language of Female Leadership (2010) and Double-Voicing at Work (2014) with Palgrave Macmillan. She has conducted consultancy with a range of multinational companies.

Profile

Surin’s  research is among others is focused upon on language, gender and sexuality, as well as language, race and ethnicity. She obtained her PhD from Lancaster University and is also a member of staff at the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, University of Malaya.

Ruth is a member of the editorial review board for Gender in Management – an International Journal. She has presented the reports’ findings to both academic and practitioner audiences, globally.  Her doctoral research considered the importance of role models for female directors in investment banks, and organizational demography may affect their work identity formation and career aspirations.
